Amber has been with AACC since August 2009 and worked closely with the previous president and founder, Dale Cartwright Sr for many yearsSince becoming a part of AACC she has grown with the company and in November of 2016 she became President after being the General Manager for 6 years. Keeping a hands on approach, she strived to make AACC into a company with unsurpassed customer service, quality and a great work environment.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her animals, husband, and new baby boy.  Amber enjoys going up north and spending time with friends whenever she gets the chance.

Jim has been with AACC since March 2009.  He has been vital to the growth of AACC. His customer’s are his top priority, choosing to always go above and beyond for them. Jim has an outstanding ability to talk and relate to everyone.

Jim has been married for over 50 years to his wife Kathy and has two children.  Jim also has a couple grandchildren, whom he is crazy about.  When he isn’t working, he enjoys golf, spending time with family and friends. Jim is also an excellent wood worker and creates amazing crafts.

Amanda has been with AACC since January 2015 and has been an amazing addition to our staff. Customers love her outstanding customer service and her upbeat attitude. Amanda is extremely hardworking and dedicated to her job.

Amanda absolutely loves animals and has two dogs and a cat. She loves reading and catching up on her favorite TV shows. She spends time with her niece and nephews as much as she can.

Vice President

Dale has been officially with AACC since January 2016. Dale is the son of the founder of the company, Dale Cartwright Sr.  However, he has been involved with the company for the past 20 years, lending his expertise whenever possible.  Dale bought many skills and a new management style to our team when he decided to make AACC his full time job. His ability to fix anything is so important to keep us online when it comes to servicing our customers on time. 

Dale is a busy body and is always fixing or doing something, whether it’s at work, helping others or maintaining his large 10 acre property. He is also an animal lover and owns two dogs, a cat and chickens. Dale enjoys being around friends and family with whatever he is doing.

Allison

General Manager

Allison also known as Allie, has been with the company since April 2011.  Allison touches on just about everything- human resources, shop operation, office operations, and purchasing.  She makes sure everything is running smoothly and comes up with new procedures if necessary to make the company run more efficiently.  She deals with all employees on a regular basis and strives to keep the employer/employee relationship strong and believes that is what creates a great working environment.  Along with her employees, she also is extremely dedicated to making sure customers are satisfied with their overall customer service that we provide them along with the quality of the product they receive from All American Container.  When Allison isn’t working, she has two dogs she adores.  Allison loves spending time with loved ones and friends and is a huge hockey fan.  GO RED WINGS!

Materials Manager

Joseph has been with AACC since June 2016.  Joe also was hired in as a general labor shop employee was recently promoted to Materials Manager.  Joe has been excelling at his position and continues to amaze management.  Joe maintains the shop organization and keeps track of the inventory of each product in stock.  Joe enjoys his time off by being among friends and family.
